Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the EduWorkAI platform (hereinafter "the platform", "we"). By registering or using the platform, you accept these terms.
1. Description of services
EduWorkAI provides the following services:
- AI-based educational courses and lessons
- AI chat with answers grounded in uploaded PDF documents
- Exam and knowledge assessment system
- Digital certificates (independently verifiable)
- Job search and employer platform
- Career guidance and an AI mentor
2. Registration and account
- Your phone number must be valid (SMS-OTP is required)
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited
- Your account credentials must be kept confidential
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- Minors are advised to use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian (see Privacy Policy, clause 8)
3. Plans and payments
3.1 Free trial — 3 days
Every registered user receives a 3-day free trial. Terms:
- When it starts: the trial starts not at registration but when your learning goal has been identified (the initial conversation is complete and your roadmap has been built). If that conversation spans several days, none of your trial days are consumed.
- Duration: 3 days (3 × 24 hours).
- No payment details required: you do not enter a card or any other payment method to start the trial.
- No automatic charge: when the trial ends, nothing is charged and no subscription starts by itself.
- What is included: an introductory course of 3 lessons tailored to your goal, plus the full view of your roadmap. The trial course is produced separately and is not part of the paid course queue.
- What is not included: the next courses of your roadmap — they are produced after you choose a plan.
- When the trial ends: no new courses are produced and existing ones do not open. Your account and roadmap are not deleted — once you choose a plan you continue from the same place.
The trial is granted once per account and is not extended.

Local pricing for users in Uzbekistan (Payme): Plus — 99 000 UZS/mo, Pro — 199 000 UZS/mo. The price is determined automatically by the region of payment.
The Pro plan stores up to 3 goals, but study proceeds on one at a time: you can switch between goals whenever you like. The reason is that every active goal imposes its own assignment deadlines, and three at once creates the risk of falling behind on all of them.
3.3 B2B plans (for employers)
B2B (employer) pricing is currently set in UZS for the Uzbek market only.

3.4 Payment, term and cancellation
- Payments are made via Payme (Uzbekistan, local cards) or Paddle (international card payments)
- Each payment grants 30 days of access. The payment is one-off: there are no automatic recurring charges and nothing is taken from your card by itself. To continue, you pay again once the term ends
- After 30 days the subscription automatically moves to the Free plan (a 1-day grace period allows for payment delays)
- You may cancel at any time — the service continues until the end of the 30-day period you paid for, after which the account moves to Free
- Refunds for a paid subscription: contact us within 14 days of the service starting (see Refund Policy). If a refund is issued, paid access ends immediately
- We give 30 days’ notice of price changes
3.5 "Support until you are hired" — Pro plan guarantee
Users subscribed to the Pro plan receive additional support on the following terms:
- Duration: 18 months from the day the Pro subscription is activated (or until the user is hired — whichever comes first)
- Conditions: the guarantee applies only if the following are met — completing all learning modules, passing all checkpoint exams, and maintaining at least weekly activity (more than 30 days of continuous inactivity ends the guarantee)
- What is provided: if the conditions are met but the user has not been hired, Pro-level access (mock interviews, CV/application help, Career Agent diagnostics) continues free of charge until the end of the 18-month period
- When the guarantee does not apply: the user stopped being active; the job market in the relevant field closed for objective reasons (economic crisis, force majeure); or the user did not apply to the vacancies offered without good reason
- Important clarification: this is not a guarantee of employment, but a guarantee of the duration of preparation and support. The platform confirms that the user has reached a defined skill level; the hiring decision ultimately depends on the employer and market conditions, which the platform cannot control
4. User obligations
The following are prohibited:
- Causing harm to other users through the platform
- Gaining unauthorised access to the system or carrying out attacks
- Entering false information or acting on behalf of another person
- Using the AI chat for improper, harmful or unlawful purposes
- Copying or distributing the platform’s intellectual property
- Sending spam or bulk requests
- Abusing Free plan limits through multiple accounts
5. Intellectual property
- The platform’s code, design, logo and brand belong to EduWorkAI
- Content you create (CV, documents) belongs to you — we receive the right to use it to provide the service
- Course materials generated by AI belong to the platform, but you may use them for learning purposes
- Certificates are verifiable and belong to you
6. Service level and limitation of liability
- The platform is provided "as is"
- We try to give advance notice of technical interruptions
- AI answers are informational and are not professional advice
- Our liability may not exceed the amount of the subscription paid
- We are not responsible for outages of third-party services (Eskiz, Anthropic, Payme)
7. Account termination
- You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account)
- In case of a serious breach of these terms we may suspend the account without prior warning
- When an account is deleted, data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation and, where necessary, in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9. Changes to these terms
If the terms change, we will notify you by SMS or email. Material changes are published 15 days before they take effect.

AI content and limits of liability
Courses, lessons, tests and AI chat answers are generated by AI agents and carry the "EduWorkAI AI" mark (see the AI section of the Privacy Policy). Content passes an automated QA gate, but AI can be wrong — the material is not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
A certificate attests your exam result; we do not hide that the course content was AI-generated, and this is also shown on the certificate verification page.
